IN NO EVENT SHALL SKYDYNAMICS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SKYDYNAMICS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SkyDynamics, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any rights of another party.
SkyDynamics reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service. Upon termination, we may delete or retain your User Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
