AeroBrain.ai provides flexible authentication configuration to meet your organization's security requirements.
Authentication Methods
Your organization can enable multiple authentication methods:
- Email/Password - Traditional authentication with strong password requirements
- Single Sign-On (SSO) - Integrate with your corporate identity provider (SAML, OIDC)
- Magic Links - Passwordless sign-in via email
- Multi-Factor Authentication - Add an extra layer of security
Contact your account administrator to configure the authentication methods available to your team.
Security Settings
Email Verification
By default, new users must verify their email address before accessing the platform. This ensures that only authorized personnel can access your airline's data.
Session Management
- Sessions expire after 8 hours of inactivity
- Users can view and revoke active sessions from their profile
- Administrators can force logout of all sessions for a user
Password Requirements
For email/password authentication, passwords must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum 12 characters
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one number
- At least one special character
Enterprise SSO Configuration
For enterprise customers, AeroBrain.ai supports integration with major identity providers including:
- Microsoft Azure AD
- Okta
- Google Workspace
- Custom SAML/OIDC providers
